Develop a project plan for treating the “Year 2038 Problem” where the date fields used in UNIX systems will overflow sometime in the year 2038. The overflow is due to the maximum size of an integer. Many functions that use time in UNIX systems use the time as measured in seconds from 1970 and this number will eventually be too large to be stored in a 32-bit integer.
