There are 4 consequences in operant conditioning: positive reinforcement, negative reinforcement, extinction and punishment.

If you google search operant conditioning you will find tons of youtube videos and slides that explain the theory. Find an explanation that includes all 4 of the consequences listed above. The goal is to find an explanation that is already out on the web that is (a) easy to understand, (b) correct (very important), and (c) fun. You want to ask yourself - is this something I could share with a 12 year old and have them understand the theory and find it somewhat interesting (12 year olds don't typically find learning theories interesting but doyour best).
