Jane contacts South Island Shipping Limited (SIS)and instructs them to work with Louis to bring the desk to Auckland. She tells SIS that Louis will pay $500 for the freight directly to them.
The desk is damaged and Jane contacts South Island Shipping to get compensated for the damage to the desk. SIS say that they cannot deal with Jane and that Louis must submit the claim. Louis refuses saying its nothing to do with him
