17.2 Credit facilities The main elements of the credit facilities are the following: • A revolving facility, with a maximum draw-down of $85.0 million, which finances working capital, capital expenditures, and general corporate activities. Use of this facility is treated as a long-term debt as repayment is not required until maturity. • An acquisition term facility with an initial draw-down of $95.0 million, which financed business acquisitions, reimbursement of previous debt balances, and general corpor- ate activities. Additional details regarding the credit facilities are as follows: • The facilities are available by way of bankers' acceptances, Libor loans, prime rate basis loans, US base rate loans, and letters of credit and all mature on October 24, 2023. • Interest rates range as follows: Stamping fees on bankers' acceptances: 2.25% to 4.5%. • Standby charges applied to the unused balance of the revolving facility: 0.5625% to 1.125%. . • Prime rate basis loans: prime, plus a margin varying from 1.25% to 3.5%. • In order to mitigate the risk of an increase in interest rates, New Look Vision is required to maintain an interest rate swap to fix the interest rate on 50% of the out- standing acquisition term facility balance. The Company voluntarily has a swap cov- erage of 65%. Repayments on the acquisition term facility represent $2.4 million per quarter resuming from March 2021 until the full repayment of the balance at maturity. New Look Vision must respect certain financial covenants. These covenants were met for the years ended, December 26, 2020 and December 28, 2019.
