1. Membership Cancellation After the Purchase of a Free Book:

Customers who have availed the Free Book Offer from SolutionInn cannot cancel their membership without clearing their book dues*.

2. Pausing Membership After the Purchase of a Free Book:

Customers who have availed the Free Book Offer from SolutionInn cannot pause their membership without clearing their book dues*. Their membership must remain in an active status until all their dues have been cleared. They are free to pause their membership after the clearance of their book dues.

3. Who Can Avail the Free Book Offer?

Only customers who have an active membership status are eligible to avail the Free Book Offer.
The following users will be converted into active members when they avail the Free Book Offer:

3.1 Users who are currently availing the 7-day free trial offer
3.2 Users who are currently availing the free membership offer
3.3 Users who have previously cancelled their memberships
3.4 Users who have gotten their membership refunded

4. Payment Declined:

After the purchase of a Free Book, the user is automatically converted into an active member of SolutionInn and he/she is not allowed to pause/cancel their membership unless all of their book dues have been cleared.
If SolutionInn is unable to process your payment after the purchase of a Free Book, someone from our team will reach out and ask you to update your payment method, so that you can ensure clearance of your book dues. Since, according to SolutionInn’s Terms and Conditions, you are liable to clear your book dues in a timely manner.
In case, you are unable to clear your book dues you will be liable to return the book back to SolutionInn as it is a physical product being sold to you.

5. How Many Free Books Can One Member Purchase?

Under the Free Books Offer, a member is only allowed to purchase 1 book for free.

7. Shipping Policy:

United States Region: Shipping may take up to 3-4* business days.
United Kingdom Region: Shipping may take up to 1-2 weeks*.
Other Regions: Shipping may take up to 1-2 weeks*.

8. Return Policy:

In case you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, you are allowed to initiate a return with SolutionInn within 21 days of placing your order. If you initiate a return beyond the stipulated deadline, your request will not be catered to. The customer is responsible for sending back the book in a good condition, otherwise they will be charged the book price. There will be a return Fees applied for every order.

9. Return Process:

Once you initiate the return, our customer support team will contact you and share the return label. Your book is considered "returned" as of the date that you drop off your book, properly packaged and labeled, according to the instructions sent to you. The shipping label will contain information of the third-party partner that the book will need to be returned to. If your book is not returned by the due date, SolutionInn may automatically cancel your return request. In order for your return to be processed successfully, you will be charged the return fee mentioned by the delivery company.

10. Returning the Wrong Book:

If you return the wrong book or personal property to our third-party partners, your property will be held for 14 days in their warehouse. You may contact us within this time to have it returned to you at your expense or SolutionInn will treat this as abandoned property and may direct our third-party partners to donate it, recycle it or liquidate it.

*Book Dues: The cost of the free book purchased by the customer; net of subscription amount already paid. If no subscription charges have been deducted so far, then the customer will have to pay the entire amount if he/she wishes to proceed with cancellation.
*Shipping Time: The number of days stated above can vary depending on the availability of the book ordered/unforeseen circumstances. Any delay caused is regretted.
