SolutionInn is looking for a Financial Analyst. This highly visible position will be responsible for partnering with Finance to understand and predict core KPIs and trends across our subscription businesses in Learning Services and Tutoring Business model. You will be working with a team of analysts to enable insights, understand areas of leverage and partner with key stakeholders to drive growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Leverage data to understand the customer journey and behaviors across different customer segments
• Use data and analytical/statistical methods to provide deeper insights into business performance.
• Partner with all teams to use appropriate forecasting approaches to improve predictability.
• Identify key opportunities and risks in the business plan.
• Own the storytelling – communicate powerfully and effectively to management.
• Proactively and constructively question status quo, influence change within the organization to enable growth.
• Use data and analytical tools to forecast the future sales
• Analyze financial data, including tutoring revenues, fees structures, membership revenues and bring up optimal solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Accounting & Finance) required.
• Experience in forecasting, business modeling and scenario analysis required.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and presentation skills.
• Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced data manipulation , modeling and visualization skills ( Tech stack: RedShift, Tableau, Python, Spark and Databricks ).

Job Experience

• Up to 1 years of relevant experience is a plus.
