We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Growth Manager to drive the expansion and profitability of our company. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing and implementing strategies to foster business growth, identify new opportunities, and strengthen our market presence. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and effective leadership to achieve organizational objectives.



Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and niches to expand the company\\\'s customer base.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Lead the development of marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and attract new customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product development, and operations to align business growth initiatives with company objectives.
  • Analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies, promotional activities, and incentive programs to drive sales and profitability.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and business growth.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Engage in B2B communication, liaising with external stakeholders, partners, and universities to promote collaboration and drive business growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or Management Sciences.


Job Experience

  • At least 3 years of similar work experience is required.
