You should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to build and convert the digital audience.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the social media department and develop effective social media marketing methods to promote the business and increase fan following and ensure brand messages are consistent
• Responsible to increase the sales activity by means of emails campaigns, Facebook contests and customer referrals system.
• Manage the weekly/monthly operational budget and make tactical decisions in the interest of the business.
• Responsible executing social media campaigns including paid posts, social media campaigns from set up, execution, management, optimizations, and reporting.
• Integrate closely with creative, content, and measurement teams across projects.
• Must be familiar with promotional marketing strategies.
• Execute both inbound and outbound marketing techniques on target market.
• How to improve customer retention rate.
• Devise new strategies for driving customer traffic to the web.
• Must be familiar with social media marketing channels and understand its importance with its own respect.
• Create customer driven email marketing campaigns
• Critical analysis of competitors and finding the loop whole in their systems and converting them into a new improve features in our system (web portal)
