SolutionInn is looking for a talented Employee Benefits Specialists to administer and manage our employee benefits and wellness programs.

Job Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining a system of procedures to administer the employee fringe benefits program.
• Evaluating the costs and benefits of all employee wellness and employee assistance programs.
• Designing a comprehensive benefits package to meet the needs of a changing workforce.
• Conducting trainings of all employees about utilization of employee benefits and addressing employee inquiries about their respective benefits.
• Reviewing and assuring compliance with Federal and State laws as it effects employee benefits.
• Researches the alternate options for benefits packages and investment opportunities.
• Designing reports and recommendations based on competitor research and detailed analysis for senior management team.
• Negotiates with 3rd party companies to receive better offers on corporate employee benefits.
• Reviewing vendor invoices, resolving disputes, and reporting on fees and costs.
• Overseeing the reconciliation of all the employee benefits.

Skills Required

• Strong research and analytical skills
• Good Organizational and time management skills
• Strong Verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Knowledge of employee benefits and laws
• Good negotiation skills

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors in Business Administration majored in Human Resource Management.

Job Experience

• At least 1 year of relevant experience is required.
