SolutionInn is looking for a talented Employee Benefits Specialists to administer and manage our employee benefits and wellness programs.
Job Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining a system of procedures to administer the employee fringe benefits program.
- Evaluating the costs and benefits of all employee wellness and employee assistance programs.
- Designing a comprehensive benefits package to meet the needs of a changing workforce.
- Conducting trainings of all employees about utilization of employee benefits and addressing employee inquiries about their respective benefits.
- Reviewing and assuring compliance with Federal and State laws as it effects employee benefits.
- Researches the alternate options for benefits packages and investment opportunities.
- Designing reports and recommendations based on competitor research and detailed analysis for senior management team.
- Negotiates with 3rd party companies to receive better offers on corporate employee benefits.
- Reviewing vendor invoices, resolving disputes, and reporting on fees and costs.
- Overseeing the reconciliation of all the employee benefits.
Skills Required
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Good Organizational and time management skills
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Knowledge of employee benefits and laws
- Good negotiation skills
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors in Business Administration majored in Human Resource Management.
Job Experience
- At least 1 year of relevant experience is required.
