SolutionInn is currently hiring for Marketing Specialist. The position requires the person to be responsible for recruiting and on-boarding campus ambassadors across multiple universities in Orlando.

Job Responsibilities

• Research and analyze competitor advertising links and strategize the best plan ahead for the business.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize speed and performance based on the insights.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize the campaigns.
• Complete responsibility of Google and Facebook ads.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and performing in-person interviews with candidates followed by proper background checks of the selected ones.
• Develop strong relationships with career services departments in educational institutions and other organizations, providing support to our members and leading collaborations where appropriate.
• Increase mid-to-lower funnel conversions to SolutionInn Study Memberships
• Increase the textbooks orders from the college and universities students
• Focus on recruiting and hiring diverse candidates. Creating an inclusive culture that encourages and supports diversity of thought.
• Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations. Be required to attend relevant events and/or represent the organization in networking events.
• Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for campus ambassadors.

Skills Required

• Excellent in communication skills, both oral and written.
• Experience with social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter)
• Familiarity with PPC advertising and Google Analytics
• Experience in managing PPC campaigns across Google, well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
• Strong social network (preferred).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business related field (preferred Marketing).

Job Experience

• Up to 1 year of similar work experience is required.
