Nicholas Angel (Simon Pegg) is simply too good of a London police officer for the department. His 400 percent arrest record makes the other officers look bad. The department reassigns him to the allegedly sleepy town of Sandford. Angel’s new partner Danny Butterman (Nick Frost) has more interest in films than police work [his father is Inspector Frank Butterman (Frank Broadbent)]. Their team relationship develops over time leading to a genuine partnership and the discovery that Sandford is not as sleepy as it appears.
Leadership: Transactional and Transformational
