Pizza Pie runs the pizza concessions at the University basketball games. Personal size pizzas are assembled two hours prior to the game and cooked throughout the night in a mobile oven outside of the coliseum. Pizza sells for $5 and costs approximately $2 to make. Unsold pizzas at the end of the game are given to nearby dormitory students for a nominal $1 per pizza.
