Plot the nucleate boiling heat flux for saturated water at atmospheric pressure on a large, horizontal polished copper plate, over the excess temperature range 5°C < ∆Te < 30°C. Compare your results with Figure 10.4. Also find the excess temperature corresponding to the critical heat flux.
