Question:

Post links to recent news items related to the course content, in the 'discussion forum' created for the purpose on the course website. Please note that the course content may be different from textbook content. Posts should not relate to chapters/topics not covered in the course content, even if those may be covered in the textbook. Each news item should relate to the respective quiz content i. e. the first news item should relate to the content of the first quiz and so on.
Discuss in detail how each news item is related to the course content. Be very explicit. Only a summary of the news item or merely linking the news item to a chapter/concept will be considered insufficient. Blog posts, opinion pieces, YouTube videos etc. will not be considered as valid news items if those do not discuss a recent news event, even if those may otherwise be related to the course content. For example, articles or videos describing the culture of a particular country or tips to do business in a foreign country will not be considered as valid news items. Lastly, all news items should be specifically related to international business and not be generic in nature e. g. posts about hip-hop culture would be considered invalid even though the topic of culture is part of the course content.
