Hal and Gretchen are partners in a delivery business. When business is slow, without Gretchen’s knowledge, Hal leases out the delivery vehicles as moving vans. The vehicles would otherwise be sitting idle in a parking lot. Can Hal keep the lease money, or does he have to account to Gretchen?
