a. What is the company’s name?
b. What classes of share capital has the company issued?
c. For each class:
1. How many shares are authorized, issued, and/or outstanding?
2. What is the par value?
d. What are the company’s retained earnings?
e. Has the company acquired treasury shares? How many shares?
