A duct with square cross section measuring 20 cm by 20 cm has water vapor at 1 atmosphere and 600 K flowing through it. One wall of the duct is held at 420 K and has an emissivity of 0.8. The other three walls may be considered refractory surfaces. Determine the rate of radiant-energy transfer to the cold wall from the water vapor.
