The following five customer requirements are considered important for a loaf of bread: 12 crust should be golden brown, inside should be "light'' (i.e., have the right size and even distribution of holes), inside should not be too moist or too dry (i.e., elastic enough), inside should be a creamy white colour, and the bread should have the right flavour. Enter these in a house of quality, and determine one (unique) design characteristic for each customer requirement. Also, determine a reasonable target value/specification for each design characteristic.
