Identify an at-risk group and discuss some of the implications and considerations for that at-risk group. In the field of social work, we often refer to at-risk groups as vulnerable populations. In simplicity, a vulnerable population can be defined as an individual or group of individuals that have some marginalized factor that make it hard for them to function and compete in mainstream society- compared to their non-vulnerable citizen counterparts.

Below is a list of some examples of at-risk populations. This is not an exhaustive list but these are just examples to help you get started.
