E-mail is the most useful method to communicate with the number of employees especially for a large firm with different locations and department distributions. The purpose of using technology such as phone, e-mails, fax, and sending texting is helpful to speed up the communications and therefore it will be effective at workplace. Most technologies are easy to use especially internal direct phone calls bring the immediate attentions from each employee and know if anyone is not in their offices. Most levels of using technology are comfortable just like students at Berkeley College attend this course through their computers and using internet for the online educations. I wished that I could have a certain time schedule to work which is fair to everyone so that I can focus on both internship and educations fairly enough. After several night classes, I end up arriving at home at 11 PM (without eating or resting) after working and studying and then wake up at 6ish AM to travel to city. However, now I may found the resolution because there is a huge change. Hope all students can have time to study and focus on their education with quantitative assignments as it is their primary job.
