Write a response to the following description:

I don't necessarily think you can develop new themes; however, I do think that we each have more than the 4 that were given. I could be wrong though, this is just my assumption. The themes that were given were an honest quick answer to things that I agree or disagree with, so it is really just me in raw form. If I have a weakness, I try and find a positive way to allow myself to build that weakness into strength. Learning is often compelled by failure; therefore, a weakness is not a sense that I am weak. If I had to add a new theme I would add Empathy. More often than not, I put myself in other peoples' shoes and imagine things from both perspectives. I understand a lot about people when I put myself in their shoes and that helps me work well with others. I love seeing other people happy and succeeding, I like to encourage people to be the best version of them. I think that all of my themes work well at my current position and I use those themes subconsciously on a daily basis.
