Water at 25°C flows across a bank of tubes with 10 rows by passing 4-m-long, 1.5-cm-diameter resistance heater rows maintained at 95°C and they are arranged in in-line manner with longitudinal and transverse pitches of Sz= Sr= 3 cm. Water approaches the heater rod bundle in normal direction at mean velocity of 0.5 m/s.
