Backdoors. Your consulting firm, Higher Association, installed an online ordering system for lotus flower shops two months ago. On Monday, you have received a frantic call from Mark Wellmen, the owner of Lotus flower. Mark tells you that someone has been sending flowers to their online ordering system without paying for them. So far, this has resulted in a $4000 merchandise loss to the company. The web server has a firewall and the standard security procedures (I, e., passwords for users, encryption on credit card numbers, etc.).
