Bob is a paralegal at Smith and Jones, LLC, a firm handling attorney malpractice cases. A client, Sam Bradstone, tells Bob he used to be represented in a divorce case by Fox and Moran, LLC, but the paralegal in the firm made a pass at him and it got so uncomfortable he had to fire Fox and Moran right in the middle of a hotly contested divorce. Mr. Bradstone continued representing himself and feels he lost a lot of money and got a raw deal on custody of the children.
