Fresh Harvest is a new startup by 2 young entrepreneurs who are both passionate about sustainable agriculture and believed that this is viable potential business. Their aim is to address food scarcity by establishing urban farms in the vacant city spaces. However, they have successfully secured a small plot of land and started planting crops.

Human resource aspects S- Passionate and dedicated workforce, potential of job creations etc. W- Limited skilled and experience workers, tough labour and triggers high turnover rate etc O- Collaborate with agriculture education institutions, interns programs etc. T- Limited availability of experienced personnel, difficulties in attracting talents in this industry

Rec: Develop training programs to enhance skills and knowledge, offer attractive incentive and retention package to retain talent.

Social Economic aspects. S- Contributions to the local economy, promotion of sustainable practices etc. W- Limited access to resources in low-income areas, societal acceptance etc. O- Collaboration with community organization, education programs etc. T- perception of urban farming as a novelty rather than a viable solution.

Rec: Develop and strengthen partnerships with community organization to ensure inclusivity, launch education programs to raise awareness about the benefits of urban farming and increase consumer engagements and outreach initiatives.
