Question:
I have to find the ratio to compensation. The answer given is 1:16 and I am not sure where they got this.
Here is the chart I have filled out what I have so far:
Yearly Cost of Absenteeism | $480,244 |
Total Salary | $7,766,096 |
Percentage of Salary | 6% |
Number of working days | 251 |
Average Salary Per Day | $289.16 |
Ratio to Compensation |
I would be grateful to know the formula of what I had to do here.
I have a large chart with a bunch of other numbers that is too big to put on here.
So the formula or steps of what I am supposed to do to find the Ratio to Compensation would be very helpful thank you!
The specific question I have to answer is: What is the total cost of absenteeism to our company? What is the ratio of absentee cost to annual salaries?
