Question:
It is a IT project where we need to fix Customer satisfaction, here, quality department have discovered that online ordering system could take more times from the customers than the online ordering time from competitors, due to such issues, customers have raised several grievances to the company, hence, we would work on this project to understand the root causes and propose best alternative to fix the current problem.
Project scope: We would work on finding the root causes of the current problems or issues as reported by the customers, here, we would consider various findings and surveys from the customers and we would work on implementing best alternative to resolve the current issues.
Project Objective: the main objective is to implement the Online order system that should not take more than three minutes time by each customer.
Project deliverables: here, we would create a list that would include interactions with various customers, we would also prepare WBS or work breakdown system, we would prepared outlined report, this outlined report would include what are the points or things are to be changed,
Project Milestones: The Milestones could include completion of planning stage, finding the root causes of the issues, taking surveys from the customers, fixing the problem by implementing alternative, review the alternative.
Project Technical requirements: It could include several IT, coding requirements, there should be such design that helps customers to process their order much quickly.
Limits and exclusions: WBS has to be completed in two weeks, Risk register should be furnished at the beginning of the project.
They want to improve the ordering system without hampering other tasks.
I have the following project, i have it completed from 1.1 to 1.1.5, i need someone please to continue and do the project for me from 1.2 to 4.5 as shown in the picture
