Evaluate your team’s success. Identify the goals and objectives achieved and those not achieved. Discuss why you did not achieve the identified objectives. Celebrate successes.
- Complete a post-project review report. Indicate which objectives your team achieved and any objectives your team didn’t achieve. Give reasons as to why you believe your team didn’t reach all its goals. Discuss any issues or problems you encountered with your team during the project including conflict. Explain how you resolved those problems (Use Appendix 14).
- Give one of your team members a “Team Effectiveness Survey” to complete and upload it with your submission (Use Appendix 15).
- Write three (3) paragraph brief reflections on your effectiveness as a team leader. Paragraph one should include the things you could have done better. Paragraph two should give examples of how you believe your contribution to the work team served as a role model for your team members. Paragraph three should include strategies for improving your effectiveness as a team leader.
