The company I would be discussing is one which accompanied me in my childhood “Disney”. Disney is a large cooperation which is present in all continents of the world. The size and nature of the organisation makes it obvious that they face certain risk. After going through the company’s annual reports, I was able to identify some risk the company faces. Here are a few;

· Changes in economic conditions

· Changes in technology and consumer consumption patterns

· Labour disputes

· International laws and regulations (for operations outside the U.S.)

· Increase competition (Fiscal Year 2019 Annual Financial Report, 2019

The company that I will be using for this discussion is Facebook Inc.The future risks and concerns which Facebook Inc. may face in future, are as follows:

· Handling privacy concerns of the customers, in the times of technology evolution, can be quite challenging for Facebook.

· 2020 has been marked by Coronavirus pandemic. There is high probability that the future will be marked by similar pandemics. In such a scenario, maintaining the safety and well-being of the employees and stakeholders can be a high-priority concern for the company.

· The rising risk of cyber attacks and malwares affects the business of Facebook all the time.

I would like asking the Board of the company, the following questions, to address the above-mentioned risks:

· How is the company preparing its business model to manage the technology risks, which it may face in future?
