The purpose of this assignment is to assess the ability of  students to apply  the law of sale of goods on electronic commerce transactions. The first category is online market place such as Lazada and Shopee which is often used by online traders to market their products. The second category refers to traders who prefer to work on their own using other mediums like Instagram, blogs and more. Students are required to look into the issues arising between the traders and buyers in the second category, evaluate them and recommend better solutions to the parties.
