Tom and Nicky are partners of Syarikat Sharp, a hardware shop. Amy, a regular customer went to Syarikat Sharp to complain about a knife she bought from the shop a week ago. Tom became irritated and angry because Amy was extremely rude, and in a fit of rage he stabbed Amy with the knife. Amy made a police report and a charge was brought against Tom for causing her grievous hurt. Nicky is worried that he would also be charged for causing grievous hurt since he is Tom's partner.
