Billy is one of the clients of your company and he seeks your advice on his investment portfolio. He is very keen in the property market, and plans to invest 5 million dollars. He wants you and your team to do the analysis based on the available market data and write him a detail business report. In the report, you should discuss the property market outlook in the medium term, the pros and cons from the impact of covid-19, risk analysis and suggestions on the composition of his real estate portfolio.
