After the announcement was made, you noticed that productivity decreased among employees. Three months have gone by and the layoffs have taken place. Even though your branch lost only one member of the team, most of the layoffs were at the branch employee level. As a manager, you have noticed that productivity has not returned to pre-layoff levels. You are meeting with other branch managers (i.e., your teammates) to come up with a recommendation to top management (i.e., me and your classmates) to improve morale and motivation.
