The percent of US adults who know their neighbors appears to be trending up. A survey of 2255 randomly selected US adults conducted in November 2010 found that 51% said they know all or most of their neighbors. (The result in a similar survey conducted in 2008 was 40%.) Does the 2010 survey provide evidence that more than half of US adults know most or all of their neighbors?
