Who am I?

As an organic chemistry teaching assistant, I would first go over the general concepts that applied to the problem at hand. Next, I asked the students to attempt the problem while thinking about the concept I went over with them. After, I proceeded to give them hints on how to solve the problem and had them collaborate with one another. This experience revealed the thought processes of many different students which has ultimately helped me tailor my teaching style to various student needs.
