California Management Review: A Master Facilities Planning Process That Focuses on ROI.
As a manager at my job, the number one problem I run into on a daily basis is problems my employees are having. So, I spend the better part of my day trying to access the situation and determine the appropriate way to handle the issue. To handle my issues, I use a lot of business research. It helps me as a manager that it provides information to guide my managerial decisions. The decisions that are made by me are a result of the business research I conducted. I go off sound judgment and logic when I make a business decision.
By managing my problems efficiently, the company will be better run. By me moving all the obstacles from my workers they will be more productive. By being more productive, the company will see a greater return on investment. Restitution on investment is the goal of any business trying to grow and achieve greatness. It is what I achieve to do my job. I try to make the highest return that I can offer my company. I want to put all my effort into making my business the best that it can be and that requires them to make high ROI. My job as a manager is to be as productive as I can be to get the ROI as high as it can go.
A bible character that went thru a struggle in the bible was Peter. He was talked about in the bible as being the rude, stupid, and uneducated man. His biggest failures were when he disobeyed Jesus. This would be a person not abiding by the rules at work but instead your not obeying the boss that pays you and signs your check, Even though he had struggled thru his time in life. God had a purpose for his life, and God chose him for a reason. God does not want people by random luck. He chooses only the very best and saw right in Peter. He knew he would come around and see the light.
Even though we are messed up and confused at times does not mean God has given up on us. God uses messed up people to win lives over for him. It is funny how that works in a way. In society, if you are messed up the usually write you off as worthless not our God. He has bigger plans than that for all of us. We have to be obedient to his word and live like he would. "And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God".
