Divide the class into two groups (A and B), and then organize each group into team so f three to four students. Group A, take five minutes to list 10 things that your university or college could do to improve the campus parking situation. Stop after 10 minutes and review your list. Then take 10 minutes to come up with another 10 improvements. Group B, follow the same process with ideas to improve the student registration process for your university or college.
