The club's Bank account for the year ended 30 June 2004 was as follows.


The club has 200 members. The annual subscription was $30 until 1 July 2003 when it was increased to $40. At 1 July 2003, 20 members had not paid their subscriptions for the year ended 30 June 2003 but, of these, 15 had paid their arrears of subscriptions by 30 June 2004. By 30 June 2004, all members had paid their subscriptions for the year up to date and some had paid their subscriptions for the year to 30 June 2005.

The grant from the local council was the first instalment of an annual grant of $8000. The transfer to the Deposit account was made on 1 January 2004. Interest at 4% per annum is payable on 30 June each year.
