Kareem wanted to open a pizza restaurant, but he wanted something different than what was out there already. He brainstormed a number of ideas. 

1. I could have the customers make their own pizzas. I’d set up something like a salad bar with pizza ingredients and provide them with the crust and they could add whatever they wanted.
2. I could build sort of a ride – something like Disney’s It’s a Small World, but with a pizza theme. Patrons would eat their pizza while they rode. Food and entertainment!
3. I could embed the pizza in clear plastic thereby preserving it forever and use these for all sorts of products. Put a turntable under it and it’s a lazy Susan. Make it giant-sized and add legs and you have a unique end table. The sky’s the limit!
4. I could serve only dessert pizzas made from an ice cream base and covered with fruit, candies, etc.
5. With the Atkins diet craze going on, let’s eliminate the crust and serve pizza toppings on a slice of lettuce.
6. I could serve only bite-sized pizzas – sort of the size of a cookie. Customers could order them by the dozen and in different flavors.
7. How about a virtual pizza restaurant? Customers order online and I deliver via e-mail. Hmmm, how DO you attach a pizza to an e-mail?
