Group received $17 million in remuneration at the time when the Macquarie Group reported a profit of $2.99 billion. In another newspaper article entitled ‘Coca-Cola’s top pay loses its fizz’ that appeared in The Financial Review on 11 April 2019 it was reported that the CEO of Coca-Cola Amatil received $4.1 million in remuneration at the time when Coca-Cola Amatil reported a profit of $401 million.
