Dion drank alcoholic beverages at The Depot Sports Bar and Grill from 2:30 pm to approximately 10:30 pm. He then drove his car and died in a single-car wreck. During his time at The Depot, Dion was visibly intoxicated and a Depot employee asked for Dion’s car keys, but Dion refused.
