I examine issues until I find a solution that really satisfies me and my other team members. I strive whenever possible toward a fifty-fifty compromise. I avoid differences of opinion as much as possible. I search for personal gains. I examine ideas from different sides to find a mutually optimal solution. I try to realize a middle-of-the-road solution. I avoid a confrontation about our differences. I concur with the other team members. I insist we all give in a little. I do everything to win. I work out a solution that serves my own and others' inter- ests as much as possible. I try to accommodate the other team members. I avoid a confrontation about our differences. I emphasize that we have to find a compromise solution. I adapt to other team members' goals and interests. I fight for a good outcome for myself. I stand up for my own and others' goals and concerns. I try to make differences loom less severe. Your Response
