I examine issues until I find a solution that really satisfies me and my other team members. I strive whenever possible toward a fifty-fifty compromise. I avoid differences of opinion as much as possible. I search for personal gains. I examine ideas from different sides to find a mutually optimal solution. I try to realize a middle-of-the-road solution. I avoid a confrontation about our differences. I concur with the other team members. I insist we all give in a little. I do everything to win.
