Your first task is to develop a communications plan for your President/CEO. This communication plan will be for an initiative that your boss has decided your organization will undertake in 2016/2017. Your job is to develop an innovative plan to communicate this to a variety of audiences.
Your plan must include the following elements:

  1. Situation Analysis - a description or overview of the problem or opportunity using a SWOT analysis
  2. Research – describe any research that is initially required and how it will be done
  3. Target Audiences – List and describe your key target audiences
  4. Goals – list two or three of the general outcomes you hope to achieve (these can be broad and do not have to be quantifiable)
  5. Objectives – Develop two (2) objectives. These are specific, measurable indicators to help you determine whether or not you have met your goals.
