The recent merger between Genaflek and RPZ Social Analytics seems to be currently facing skill set issues, the Genaflek employees have little or no experience with Social Media Marketing, and however, RPZ employees are very knowledgeable and skilled in this area. Another issue the company is facing is there needs to be a defined organization structure of the two companies now that they have emerged as one. It's important to resolve these issues quickly align employees from both companies to leverage skills and knowledge to effectively and efficiently meet the needs of their current and new clients. By providing a better organization structure, the company will be able to make better decisions and work as a team to resolve problems.
