The company I chose was Six Flags. I actually chose it because at work today I was trying to figure out a company to search for and as I opened my e-mail I had a discount ticket, so I decided to search the website for Six Flags.

With the statement on their web site which says "Six Flags is just as thrilling a place to work as it is to visit. If you are friendly person who is motivated by a dynamic workplace, you will thrive in our welcoming environment. This is a chance to meet other outgoing individuals like yourself and create new relationships that can last a lifetime. Friendship among employees is as important to us as it is to you". I do believe the web site is effective in attracting high quality candidates because the videos and ads show energetic and outgoing people that is showing a love for their job. They look motivated and friendly just thrilled to be at work. The video even tell how one may come to work there and it could be helping them for moving toward the movie set for a career in film work or theater work. I love Six Flags really for the entertainment because I am not going to really ride anything. I know you may say a lot of money spent not to ride but to be in the presence of so much fun and energetic individuals is a very happy moment for me. Once again the website is very effective their videos are very informative some of the videos offered on site are Entertainment, Main Gate, Park Service, Maintenance and Supervisor just to name a few. Six Flags has something to offer for anyone who wish to apply themselves and most of all have a great personality.
