She started her job from as a sales manager and has worked her way up to the level of GM Sales, where she is looking after all the sales territories of North, South and Central regions. Samina has various RSM's, (Regional Sales Managers). SM's (Sales Mangers), SEO's (Sales Executive Officers) working under her. As a leader, it is observed that Samina uses a variety of leadership styles to get the output from her team so that at the end she can achieve personal advancement. Sometimes she will become the Middle of the Road manger, while at other times she will be an Authority-Compliance leader. At times she will adopt Team Management leadership style while at other times she will switch to Improvised Management style and so on. She does this to gain the maximum advantage from subordinates. Her subordinates have a mixed feedback about Samina's Leadership style. Some feel that at times she is very ruthless and cunning, while at other times, her subordinates see her as very adaptable and strategic.
