A client of yours has contacted you for assistance.  She would like you to repeat a training session that you did previously for her on customer service. She has asked if you have a day available in two weeks. You remember the previous session well. The participants all came from a local manufacturing operation and held front-line and supervisory positions. It was a day of training, the learners were engaged, participation was high, and the session was a great success.  You are available for a day, two weeks from now, and readily accept the session.

Your client then proceeds to tell you about the group that you will be training.  Their company has been expanding into other countries and the training group will be made up of the general managers and sales managers from their new facilities.  The participants all have a working knowledge of English, but it is not their first language. The participants will be coming from Eastern Europe (4), South America (4), Middle East (2), and Japan (2). There will be 12 participants in total with 8 males and 4 females.
