Acting on an informant\'s tip that Betty Clark was receiving stolen property, Detective Krebs went to her apartment to talk to her. She invites him in, but when he starts to poke around the living room she yells. “I said you could come in and talk, not search the place. Get Out!" Krebs grabs her, cuffs her, then frisks her. He finds a switchblade knife in her pocket and arrests her for carrying a concealed weapon and disturbing the peace. He then searches the apartment and finds several stolen plasma televisions.
