For this assessment, you will consider historical data from a selection system. This includes two measures of job knowledge, Test1 and Test2, which have been designed to be equivalent measures of a required body of job knowledge; structured interview ratings from two interviewers, Int1 and Int2, working in- dependently but under the same structured interview protocol; and a valid and reliable composite measure of work performance, called WP. Each case in the data file corresponds to an applicant who was hired in the past year.
