Question:
As part of my job as a Operations Superintendent I am often involved or leading projects that evolve around numerous aspects but often times around operation process improvements. Some of the most successful techniques I have learned and adopted to most of my projects are tailored around forming buy in firstly for the team this will affect. I will seek to get people who are interested in making a change on my project team so they become actively engaged in making changes and foster ideas for improvement. Another thing I ensure to do is create a scope, without a scope around the project nothing of significance to positive change will come from the project and it will just end up wasting everyones time. forming a weekly check in for the team is another important piece for communication as that way we know where we stand on a deadline and who needs additional resources or help. I believe thanks to my previous experiences I will be able to provide a viable plan for the project starting off with creating a timeline.
what adds value into the project over what is non value added when researching?
